Poole Knobs Campground - Percy Priest Lake
Located a short driving distance from Nashville, Tennessee Poole Knobs Campground is located on the shores of Percy Priest Lake.
Poole Knobs Campground has 88 campsites and most feature electric and water hook-ups. A large group campsite that can hold up to 40 campers is available along with 87 individual campsites. Two tents or one tent and one RV are permitted per campsite. Camp fees range from $14 - $24 depending on amenities. Campsite reservations are recommended. Facilities available for RV and primitive campers include showers, restrooms, dumping station, laundry, fresh water and restrooms. A $3 visitor fee is charged per vehicle for guests of campers. Camping season runs from approximately May 1 - Sept. 30.
In addition to camping Poole Knobs features various other recreational opportunities. For boaters there is a boat launch ramp for easy access to Percy Priest Lake. Many campers enjoy the water activities the lake provides including canoeing, sailing, water skiing, wakeboarding, and fishing. If you don't have a boat you can still enjoy the cool waters of Percy Priest Lake at the on-site swimming beach. Picnic shelters are available for rent and provide a great place to hold a family get together or corporate outing.
